ADHA INVITES FINTIRI'S NOMINEES TO APPEAR ON FRIDAY FOR SCREENING

Adamawa State House of Assembly has invited the nominees for appointment as Chairmen and Members of boards and parastatals to appear before House Standing Committees on Friday for screening.

Those invited to appear before House Committee on Public Service and Electoral Matters are nominees from State Civil Service Commission, Adamawa Local Government Service Commission and State Pension Board.

While nominees for the appointment as Chairmen and Members of the Fiscal Responsibility Commission(FRC) and Bureau of Public Procurement(BPP) are to appear before House Standing Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriation.

A statement jointly signed by the Secretaries of the Committee on Public Service and Finance, Abubakar Hamid and Clerkson Gajere and made available to NEWS PLATFORM Thursday, said that the nominees are expected to come along with 35 copies of their curriculum Vitae by 90:00am.

Nominees expected to be screened tomorrow from State Civil Service Commission include; Dr. Ahmad Ibrahim(Chairman), Frederick B. Bilala, Bakari Betso, Umaru Garba Tola, Elkanah Lawan.

Those from State Pension Board include; Thomas Madi(Chairman), Salihu Kabillo, Solomon Obadiah, Mohammed I Attah and Salihu Mohammed who will serve as member I, II, III and IV respectively.

While nominees to be screened by Honourable Committe are; Piton P. Power as Chairman and Ibrahim Magaji, Sahabo Mahmud, Simon Sina Funguri, Ayuba Teri and Fibi Nuhu as members.

According to the statement, those for Bureau of Public Procurement include; Yakubu Ngale as Chairman, while Eng. Jingi Mallu, Barr. Husseina Maidawa, Adamu Ali Balami, Gambo Nduhyelya Job, Muktar Abdullahi, Iliyasu Buba Gashinbaki and Danlami Babayo are to serve as members.

While, nominees for Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC) included, Baba Mohammad Bakari, Chairman, Alhaji Adamu Chagwa, Barr. Lilian Steven Nabe and Saadatu Saad Abdullahi as members.
