ADAMAWA LEGISLATORS ASK FINTIRI TO AXE NUMAN LGC BOSS
The Transition Committee Chairman of Numan Local Government Council in Adamawa State, Nathaniel Tyakul, has incurred the wrath of the State House of Assembly following recommendations by the House for his immediate suspension. The Lawmakers further asked Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, to suspend the Chairman for 2 weeks to enable the House Standing Committees on Public Petitions, Public Accounts and Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to investigate the allegations levelled against him by the legislative council. The decision of the Lawmakers followed the presentation of complaint letter filed against the Chairman by 10 Legislative Councillors of the Local Government Council.
