50 YR OLD MAN TO DIE BY HANGING...1 OTHER BAGS 21 YRS JAIL TERM IN YOLA


An Appeal Court holding in Yola, the Adamawa State capital has affirmed the judgement of the State High Court, sentencing a 50 year old Saidu Abdullahi to death by hanging.

The Court also upheld the verdict of the state High Court, convicting a 40 year old Abubakar Usman to 21 years in prison for the offence of murder.

The Chief Magistrate Court II sitting in Yola, Adamawa State has remanded the Chairman Concern Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura in prison custody over multiple offences. News Platform  The court presided by Magistrate M. A. Adamu, remanded the defendant in prison custody and adjourned the case to the 17th September, 2025 for commencement of hearing. Magistrate Adamu ordered the remand of Nakura when he was arraigned before him over multiple allegations slammed against him by the Adamawa State Police Command. Alh. The Michika Concerned Citizens in Adamawa State have blasted the former Governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna for his outright disrespect to the Paramount Ruler of Michika Chiefdom, HRM.
