ADAMAWA NUT BOSS MOURNS WITH HAMA BATTA OVER THE DEATH OF HAMA BACHAMA

Chairman Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Adamawa State chapter, Comrade Rodney Nathan has today led a delegation to condole the Hama Batta, Homon Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke, over the death of his twin monarch, Hama Bachama, Homun Honest Irmiya Stephen who died recently after a brief illness.

Rodney Nathan who bears the strategic title of Ngra-Batta in Demsa Traditional Council consoled the Hama Batta, saying that Homon Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke should not be left alone at this trial moment of bereavement.

The NUT Chairman noted that the Bwatiye nation and indeed Adamawa State had lost a great ruler that was so dear to his subjects, and that he will be remembered for his passionate love for his subjects and people of the state.

Responding, the Hama Batta, Homon Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke, described Rodney Nathan as a true son of his chiefdom who always identifies with the monarch whether in merriment or in sorrow.

The Hama Batta said though he was seriously touched by the sudden death of the Paramount Ruler but took solace in the supreme will of Almighty God, and prayed God to abundantly reward the Chairman and his entourage.

He used the opportunity and called on the kingmakers to elect a God-fearing Leader during the selection process.
