Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has sympathised with the family of Late Jidda Pariya, who died on the early hours of today.
Late Jidda Pariya was the Personal Assistant (PA) to the former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Equally, Governor Fintiri has condoled the family of Late Ahmed Mahmud, one of the longest serving career protocol officers who died on yesterday at the age of 70.
A statement signed by the Director General (DG) Media and Communications, Solomon Kumangar and made available to NEWS PLATFORM today, described the deceased as an illustrious sons whose death is a great loss to the state and the country at large.
The Governor Fintiri prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls of the departed and for God to grant both the families and close associates fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
