The Member representing Song Constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Emmanuel Kefas, has disbursed a total sum of N50million to his electorate across his constituency. The beneficiaries of the gesture, who cut across 11 political wards of Song constituency, smiled home with categories of amount of money allocated to them by the lawmaker. The constituency allowances which was disbursed to over 650 beneficiaries through Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA), was aimed at empowering them to boost or set up small businesses. Speaking while flagging off the disbursement of the allowances to the beneficiaries at Presidential Lodge in Song LGA, Hon. A Yola High Court in Adamawa State on Wednesday, reserved ruling in bail application filed by the Chairman Concerned Citizens Adamawa State, Alh. Husseini Bello Gambo Nakura. News Platform  The court will also rule in the preliminary objection against the bail application filed by the Registrar, Chief Magistrate Court II as well as the Commissioner of Police Adamawa State. The court presided by Justice Christopher Dominic Mapeo, reserved the ruling after hearing in the preliminary objection as well as the bail application filed before him.  After hearing all the arguments canvassed and adoption of written addresses by the Counsels to the parties involved, the court reserved the ruling and said the date will be communicated to all the parties as soon as possible.
